How many bulky water types learn mirror coat? How is that generic? Marvel scale anyone? There's nothing generic about milotic, it also has competitive as a second ability. Milotic is only good for VGC compared to other bulky water types.

I never see anyone use it, but Weakness Policy/Competitive Milotic is a beast in UU. It's pretty hard to take down if you get the advantage.
