Help me with my venusaur

That's a really bad nature. You won't use its attack and reducing defense is a terrible thing.

Why aren't you using an Everstone to transfer natures?
I'd still use the standard spatk sweeper build as physical grass/Venusaur is not that great.

If you aren't willing to, I guess you could try a mixed offense set. Venusaur's physical attack isn't that great, but Power Whip could be a nice surprise for special walls expecting to stop Venusaur. The -def nature is the biggest problem.
If you play doubles, you could combo it with Charizard Y for great synergy. Sanic fast Sleep Powder + letting Charizard pull off fast 160 BP Fire Pledge + gradual damage effect.

I play doubles and ive got a charizard Y (with good nature and ivs), so i guess that the best choice
