Nincada, the cicada larva, a bug/ground type that evolves into an adult cicada. But it goes a step further by making the leftover exoskeleton that cicadas tend to leave behind stuck to trees and such into an empty shell of a bug, Shedinja. And really, is their even a better candidate for a bug/ghost type? It's just all around great.

Also, cicadas are actually quite clumsy and not very fast when it comes to flying, so I have no idea why Ninjask is so stupidly quick. Whatever.
