So in your case, your IBW = 73kg (160kgs), your ABW = 109.09kgs, and we would have to use your AdjBW = 87.4kg when dosing you for medications with weight based dosing.

I've been underweight all my life. I don't know exactly why though, as a kid I didn't eat very much so I guess that's the reason back then, but since I turned 14 (19 now) I've been eating like a normal person, sometimes even like an obese person because my stomach is like an all-eating black hole that never gets filled. Many of my friends finds it rather astounding that I'm still underweight. No matter how much I eat, I don't gain anything. But as soon as I don't eat as much as I should, I immediately start dropping in weight... I've started working out in the hope I can gain in muscles instead. I'm actually making a bit of progress.
