So I'm interested in playing this weird reptilish birdish thing. Though, its talent is annoying. But in doubles, if I use Archeops with a Pokémon with Contrary, would it reverse the stat drop due to Defeatist ?

No, Contrary only applies to stats being changed by other things. Defeatist is an automatic reduction of BST.

Nope.Topsy Turvy only works on Stat boosts/drops caused by moves or abilities. So an intimidate drop would be turvied, but defeatist wouldn't be.

Just go mixed and spam Rock Slide and Heat Wave until you drop. Use mons like Infernape or Victini for dank Contrarian memes instead.
