Where is the cheapest place to buy a 3DS XL online?
I want to play XY and Sun/Moon when it comes out.
I emulated all the regular DS games and I'm getting bored playing with myself. I want to trade, battle and do all the cool stuff now.
Nintendo's own website sells refurbished units for $115, far cheaper than what GameStop sells them for.

Steal one from a bag in a classroom
You can find them on Ebay for 100$ which includes the shipping. Sometimes they might be lacking the charger or stylus and have some scratches but that shouldn't matter.
SO got theirs for 100$ and it was system only w/o stylus and some scratches on the top shell. I got mine for the same cost and it was in near perfect condition but lacked the charger and had a hardly noticeable crack by the WiFi light.
You can find them for even less if you're willing to accept slightly more beat up (but working) systems.

Seriously considering it seeing as how I'll only play it at home and not in public.
I'm a little worried about the controls and how to handle it.

Yea I got an xl and the screen is nice, but I never really found anything else worth playing, I'd go 2ds if Pokemon is your go to game, the 3D is pretty gimmicky and not needed
feel one in store. i bought a 2ds solely to get back onto the pokemon scene, it never leaves my house + the 3d feature makes me nauseous and id never use it. I'd recommend an xl for anyone who plays other nintendo games and want the portability though, i just never saw value in it cuz i knew i wouldn't use it often
