The chance of a shiny is way better, about 1/500, I belive they all have 3 perfect IV's and the chances of a hidden ability are at 25% I belive although I'm not entirely sure.

From the home menu, press the orange smiley face. Your FC should be attached to your mii card.

You tell us your code and we'll add it from the same menu, then you add ours. Then we can access each other's friend safaris and get the first two pokemon. Once we're both online and in game (if you've beat the pokemon league) we can get the third poke.
