Nah, the speed is acceptable for a wallbreaker. He lacks bulk, so unless you OHKO everything you're fucked.
The lack of bulk also makes it weak to priority moves and makes it harder to use Dragon Dance.

Underrated and doesn't get enough love from GF. If Gen 5 mons ever get megas, Haxorus should be top priority.

Mega Salamence is already a fucking must for any team based on Dragon type sweepers. The only thing that surpasses it is Mega Rayquaza, and Mega Charizard X can only be close to it thanks to a better ability overall.

I've never agreed with Salamence being instantly banned from singles. In doubles ok, that Aerilate can be pretty strong, but for singles it's not stronger then Mega Charizard X.
