Because of the lack of the nutrients it needs to grow, Dunsparce are much smaller and weaker. To protect themselves from predators their wings developed into small clawed arms, so they could burrow underground.

Alolan Kirlia's ballet dress has become more something along the lines of a hula skirt There is a really large leaf/grass blade across its chest.

Alolan Gallade gain the fire type upon evolving, as its elbow's light on fire and are extended outwards more. Unlike normal Galade, Alolan Gallade are what Alolan Kirlia naturally evolve into. It takes a Dawn stone to evolve it into Alolan Gardevior.

Alolan Gardevior.are full on hula dancers, but gain a ghost type upon evolution. It is said that Alolan Gardevior, unlike regular Gardevior, use their dances and singing voice to lure young trainers away, for most of them to never be seen again.

Alolan Gloom (Ground/Poison w/ special ability)
Covered in prickles and spines and completely drool-less, Alolan Gloom have adapted perfectly to survive arid environments. Despite their dry outsides, Alolan Gloom siphon moisture into their innards to sustain themselves. Their exterior is more sand than plant, but their Cactus Skin ability allows them to recover HP when struck by water or rain. Unlike Dry Skin, they do not lose health in the sun.

Alolan Vileplume (Ground/Poison w/ Cactus Skin)
Resembling a flowering cactus, Alolan Vileplume can be seen for miles across the sandy plains. As tempting as they look, trying to siphon water from them often results in a face full of barbs.

Alolan Bellossom (Grass/Ground w/ special ability)
Alolan Bellossom more closely resemble their original counterparts, and are only found in captivity as wild Gloom easily evolve into either regular Bellossom or Alolan Vileplume. Their green bodies are covered in spines while their headblossoms resemble flowering cactuses. Their grass skirts are also prickly. They have the ability Photo-Synergise, which boosts their speed in the sun while restoring health in the rain.

It uses the coral to navigate under the sea as they glow on darkness.

Crawdaunt found in alola have lost their need to fight due to the abundant nature of the region. They became peaceful creatures and after awhile the ones with bigger antennae began to breed. Those with claws are now rare in the alola region.
The claws are replaces with big antennae, like spiny lobsters compared to maine lobsters. Maybe they have halos instead of stars.
Ability: Reformed Bully
This pokemon's dark type moves are now fairy type.

Over time, it became used to the heat and its coat hardened up. The coat is filled with a lot of hear. Whenever it gets into a fight, its coat cracks a bit and the red hot heat within can be seen. Its tail is now a hot orb which lets off a more eerie glow than that of the Mareep's tail we all have come to know. Its skin is yellow. It has the ability Flame Body, which will be retained by Flaaffy and Ampharos.

Alolan Flaaffy begins to lose its rocky coat, but it still retains its Fire/Rock typing. Some of the rock melted when it evolved, giving it fiery streaks on its body. Thankfully, its skin is fireproof due to it being coated in a non-flammable lubricant. Its skin is orange. The remaining rock coat is darker in color and is always partially cracked. When it is in danger or simply wants to feel more comfortable, it will release a bit of debris from its coat. Alolan Flaaffy has learned to use its tail to light up the ground, which is a technique it uses to defend itself. The hot charcoal dropped by these Pokémon is used by the Alolan people when dealing with fire since it helps increase the magnitude of the blaze. It is also a popular knickknack for tourists, though the people who collect them must make sure it is safe to touch first. Rarely a golden piece which fetches a hefty price may be found.

Alolan Ampharos is a pure Fire-type. The rocky coat is shed when it evolves. It is based on the concept of fire breathing. It can easily let a few embers out of its mouth, but it will breath into the orb on its tail to truly create a spectacle. Sometimes it will use leaves as well; they let off a more gaseous and light excretion, and a substance that can infect its opponents such as Sleep Powder or poison may be mixed in. It can let off glorious trails of fire with this tail, which is able to be seen at its best in battle. Its skin is a deep red. It orb on its tail looks like it has a bony claw holding it up, and a fire can be seen burning within it. The tighter the claw grips the orb the brighter it gets. Like its counterpart, Ampharos can use its tail as a beacon. The black lines are replaced with bony protrusions.

Lastly, there's Alolan Mega Ampharos (hypothetically). It is a Fire/Dragon-type. Unlike the other Mega Ampharos, which is based on a Chinese dragon, Alolan Mega Ampharos is based on an European dragon. It gains scaly rock skin; the scales are a hot red and look like they are partially molten and look like they are constantly moving. It has rock spires that line its back, and it has a stone tiara-shaped crown on its head. Its ears are rock torches. The end of its tail has a hammer-style bunch of bone which it uses to hit its foes with. Finally, it gains wings that it can use to fly around. Alolan Mega Ampharos appears more troublesome than any other version of Ampharos. It has a bit of black around its eyes along with fiery eyelashes, and it has more bony protrusions on it. Its teeth are pointy with rock-hard fangs that stick out of its mouth, and it often has a smug look on its face.

Alola Form Wooper: Wooper in the Alola region don't live in rivers like their cousins but instead they live in the sea using their sail-like fins to catch ocean currents to travel from one island to another, mostly living in shallow away from strong currents in ocean water and will come onto dry land during a full and new moon, the reasons are still unsure.

Alola Form Quagisre: Quagisre live more on beaches and rocky areas then out in the sea, they will dive to great debts to eat sea weed, algi, and other marine type the plants. They also gained their dragon typing as a measure of safety in both water and land.

When they arrived they were unable to make it up the steep mountain slope that lead to it's snow covered top, so they developed psychic abilities and were able to levitate to the top. Soon they adapted an easier way of life with their new found powers, and now live in the skies above the mountain watching their young Bergmite grow.

Seaking in the region faced more predatory threats. Over time seaking developed spines on its body that resemble their original graceful fins.

Dragonite

Dragon/Water

Takes on an appearance similar to that of a Glaucus atlanticus(Blue Dragon). Slimmer, wings become like the 'fins' of the Blue Dragon and gains a similar color pattern. I loses it's antenna and the horn is replaced with a bump in the dark blue color of the Blue Dragon. It's forearms are now larger and similar in size to it's legs, when on land while it can stand like normal dragonites however it now favors walking around on all fours.

Due to the island nature of the Alola region Dratini and Dragonair find themselves in the vast open waters of the oceans instead of their usual homes of rivers, lakes, and ponds. Due to this they never find the need to escape from these enclosers, as such when they evolve into Dragonite it retains it's favoring nature of water that it's pre-evos have and gains it as a type.

Alola glalie my favorite idea.

Being in a tropical zone glalie mutated to match it's new warmer climate. Eventually growing hotter and hotter until it came to live in a volcano. The molten lava tempering it it's hard body into being harder than steel. The new glalie appears to look like a steel tiki mask and is often mistaken by locals to be a volcano god.
Type: fire/steel

Coincidentally snorunts adapted to the climate and appear to look like mask wearing pygmy's to the locals. Who assume they are the caretakers of the volcano gods, and are revered as such.
Their typing is pure fire, red masks and a red grass suit which obscures their body.

Froslass also adapted, yet in a different way, instead of adapting to the warmer temperatures. The froslass grew colder, attempting to overpower the tropical temperature. Its low temperature gave birth to blue flames. Which burn and freeze those from its coldness. Ice/fire type

Roller - Ball Moves (Rollout, Gyro Ball, Weather Ball etc) always do double damage.

The earth is not best suited for these Diglett and Dugtrio, who have over the years invaded coconut shells and instead live in them. They burrow holes in a coconut and pop out their head. These Pokemon are often seen rolling quickly on beaches in massive crowds in search of better shells.
