Sirens are part bird, dude. More like harpies. Poppmaid may have taken some inspiration from sirens, but, appearance-wise, she's a mermaid/selkie.

Besides, there is no actual word for 'Siren' in chinese. '海妖赛王' means 'sea (female supernatural being) (superior) royalty as the most literal translation. which could mean any feminine sea witch thing. Selkie fits the bill as much.
