And I do not see Ash using the dirty wrestler, Ash fights with honor which is why he always finds a way to lose. Ash will get Rowlett; Mallow will approach him because he has a Rowlett. Ash's new rival will use Litten and he'll use cheap tactics to win. Ash will beat him in the League but come 2nd place again to some new character introduced that has a Mega Typhlosion.

No, he uses Cut instead because Anime Greninja and Ash are heroes and they can't use evil moves. Ninjas historically are evil like their profession implies but kids today associate ninjas with being super cool and stuff, like Naruto.

Litten3 however is a dirty fighter and would better line up as a Pokemon Ash and his Pokemon would have to overcome. Litten and Ash don't match up character wise at all; he won't use it.
