Take away Grass's weaknesses to Flying and Poison.

Take away Ice's weaknesses to Fighting and Rock and make it resist Water, Dragon and Flying.

Make Water weak to Poison.

Make Fairy weak to Bug and take away Dark's weakness to Bug.
