These aren't "new". They're from Gen 5.

The cards themselves might not be fake, some companies are in charge of repackaging old expansions and some go as far as to taking out all the rares and reselling worthless crap in this form.

The packaging itself is not official in any sense.

I always get so tempted to buy cheap packs and bundles, even if they're fake I can give them to my nephews or something. There's a booster box selling for like £10, and I'm 99% sure they're fake, but they come with code cards. Who the fuck goes out of their way to make fake code cards?
