Once, because I was confused why you would do that and I tried it myself to find out. I still don't understand.

My stylus is currently in my Wii U gamepad because I lost the stylus for that, and the 3DS one fits surprisingly well. To be honest I barely ever use the stylus for either system anyway.

The XL has the stylus at a comfy place, so you can switch between using it and the buttons really easily.

I got my 3DS XL a few days before the New 3DS XL was announced, all i play is pokemon and monster hunter, does the extra analog make much difference and how's the picture quality compared to it?
Also my stylus is also pretty loose leading to me having to store it somewhere else so i dont lose it

I have a regular XL and I have this problem. Wasn't always an issue but for some reason I'm now constantly losing the stylus because it slips out.
