I don't know where that estimate is from, but I calced it out myself. Assuming the one in the Japanese trailer had 0 IVs and EVs in HP, it would have around base 100 hp.

Still not definitive of course, since trailer Mons don't always have zero EVs/IVs. Case in point being Wishiwashi School would've needed to have somewhere in the range of base 250+ Sp Att with no investment/nature/IVs to do that much damage to a similarly non-invested Magnezone.

i think it was because the damage that was dealt back to minior in the english trailer didn't match for 100 hp at the range the cucumber was at, because it did barely any damage upon death.

the hariyama scenario was also heavily fabricated since it needed zero hp ivs to be knocked out from the amount it was at.

of course this means nothing for an evolution because it could just have low hp and not evolve to keep innards out more balanced.
