Serebii is the main antagonist. The force /vp/ interacts with on a daily basis, occasionally having common ground for a minute before going right back at it. A personal fight.

Pomf is the sleazy side villain always trying and failing to be bigger than Serebii. Hated for more esoteric reasons, like trying to be "bros" with /vp/, the underage nudes, being a sell out, and Bulbapedia being an inadequate wiki in general.

Masuda is more of a background figure like Satan. Practically existing in a world beyond /vp/, he's untouchable and probably doesn't even know we exist.
