There was this site I stumbled on, back in the days pre-RSE launch, called "The APPC" or "The APCC" or something like that. It had a blue visual style.

I remember specifically seeing the list of new Pokémon in the RSE games with their Japanese names and theorising that Luvdisc was a pre-evo of Horsea. They also had some roms and emulators hosted there and some browser games, but I can't remember what they were.

Psypoke was my first regular site. Used to he great, it's massively irrelevant at the side of Serebii and Bulbapedia now.

Pokemopolis was great, it's a shame Tim decided he'd been writing about the cartoon for about fifteen years too many and called it a day, the site is still up though. Some seriously funny recaps on that site and a load of now-deleted extras that were great. The supposed banned episodes that never existed and we're full of smut always confused newbies.

Used to go to the library all the time to play Pokemon Crater. Good times.
Used to also read their magazines which led me to discover the first Mystery Dungeon games.
