It's an easy game so I'd go with;

And fap to any characters that you lose a mon to. whether it be a gym leader, male or female, or a youngster . If you lose a mon to a wild, you have to fap to that mon.

the most basic "My first Nuzlocke additions" are as such:

1) No grinding on grass encounters. what you get from trainers is all you get.

2) 3-strike dupes clause. if you caught it, it's banned from being caught for the rest of the run. 3 repeats in a single route kills the route.

3) no PSS, Amie, or Super Training.

4) no Gen 6 EXP Share.

5) No Hand-outs or Forced encounters. meaning no Route 2 Pidgey. No Snorlax. No Lucario. no Kanto Starters. No Legendaries.
