Attack or Speed are about equal.

Speed is the most reliable, I have never seen a Deoxys Speed that didn't help its team in some way shape or form. That said, Speed very rarely is the defining player on a team either.

Attack is far more dramatic than Speed. When Attack does well, it is really easy to see, but when Attack does poorly, it often dies while contributing little to nothing. Additionally, Attack is very easy to play around, as it has very easily exploitable flaws.

I think Defence looks the coolest
