Each episode is generally focused on one single theme which may be related to something upcoming, like Sun/Moon or the Volcanion movie or just the cast messing around like a recent episode where they "reenacted" Pokemon moves in a public pool alongside some swimsuit models.

There's a summary for today's episode in the OP, it's going to focus on a Pokemon Quiz where the viewers can participate as well. Watch it if that sounds fun.

Also, next week's episode is set to have "a showcase of the latest Sun/Moon info", but don't expect it to be more than what we got the last few weeks from other channels. ">watching Pokenchi for news" is a greentext for a reason.
