I'm glad casuals don't know the prices of their games and consoles and I can scurry craigslist and make over 2 grand a month just by buying up games and reselling them. Solid boost to my income.

I bought Soul Silver at a CeX in the UK last year and it cost £30. Granted that's pretty expensive for a used game that came out 5 years before, but it was probably the cheapest I'd ever be able to find it again.

Blame the Pokewalker. Nintendo didn't print as many copies of the game as they normally do because it would require manufacturing more, so the game was only on shelves for a year or two (Pokemon games normally linger at major retailers for YEARS after release).
