idk about tough claws, it would be a great ability, but Crabrawler doesn't really seem to use its pincers as claws, but more like boxing gloves. I don't think it would get Tough Claws sadly. Iron fist is a good one tho! Iron Fist, Stab drain punch? Hell yes
