Why are pokemon players so fugly?

Some of the top players look decent and social actually. But yeah, 90% are ugly and/or fat. I should play VGC more serious so that you all have something handsome to look at.

Because they couldn't succeed socially because of their ugliness. So they turned to a children's video game to validate themselves.

I know of a few good looking guys who play competitive Pokemon but they would never dare do it in public

They wouldn't want their family or friends to know how much of a nerd they are and see them as losers

In fact I know of one guy who is top tier in one of the smogon tiers
And he refuses to ever go to Pokemon events or even show his love of Pokemon
He acts like a normal fag when outside of the chat rooms
