Well Greninja can learn various powerful water attacks, while Mew can't even learn Crabhammer

Mew is UU because learning a lot of moves isn't that useful when there's 700+ mons and just about anything Mew can do can be done by something else with more optimized stats/ability/typing for it. Greninja has nothing to do with it.

Unpredictability alone doesn't make it worth anything. Pokemon from gen 1, 2 and 3 outclass mew greatly because of specialized stats, abilities and movepools. A jack of all trades just doesn't work too well in pokemon, sadly.
