Yeah there's an S level for O-powers but they're japan/hacks only. Same as level 3 but uses 8 points instead of 4 and lasts 8 minutes

There's also max O-powers that lasts for 1 hour . A few of them are useable with secret base pals...with hatching power conveniently left out.

Not much to it, you just get a Pokémon from your game and breed it with a Pokémon from a different country.
Then pump out eggs and hatch them.
Having a Pokémon with the Abilities Magma Armor or Flame Body in your party will cut the steps needed to hatch by half. So, Slugma, Magcargo, Larvesta, Volcorana, and Talonflame, I think.
I prefer to keep four eggs in my party leaving the last slot open to pick up and deposit eggs.

The Battle Resort in ORAS is the best place to do it because the Daycare and infinite loop are in the same place. You can just slide some folded paper under your thumbpad to keep it going up and check back in a few minutes.

I just assumed everyone did the same thing: do laps around the island until full party, then when got last egg turn on the o power, hatch all 5 check ivs deposit repeat.

i always start with getting 5 then activation O-power. after 2 hatched i put them in the box and take new ones (this give me like a 2/3 uptake cycle).

i save when there are no eggs at the daycare yet, ride around until i've collected 5, use o power, hatch them, if no shiny i just reset and do it over again. never have to wait for o power to refill and my boxes stay available. i have enough rejects from getting the right 5iv parents to start with, and plenty of 5/6ivs to keep that were in the same batch as the eventual shiny.

I'm currently MMing a perfect Dratini. Dream ball, 4 egg moves including extreme speed, HA. its gonna be glorious. I already hatched one but it didn't get the hidden ability, hopefully I can get it right soon.

also I've seen trailers where regular pokemon evolve into alolan forms, and heard rumors about something in store for Dragonite so I'm hoping I could evolve this guy into an alolan.
