Will it get shell smash vp?

It should have Shell Smash, Encore, Taunt, and Sucker Punch just for shits and giggles. Put the EV's into Attack and Defense.

Give it Life Orb or some shit.

Use a Pokemon Trick Room if you want him to keep using the move. Also, pair it up with a Pokemon with Shadow Tag.

It's gonna be like Heatmor, a shitmon found late in the game thats slow and fragile due to having a shit HP stat, even though it will most likely have a high Defense stat because Turtle.

That's what I thought too, but I'm pretty sure it might get shell smash, I mean every other turtle mon or mons that have shells get it so why not this one? Also the trailer showed off Turtonator battling primarily turtle pokemon, I know it doesn't mean much but they are comparing the past gens turtles to this one's so not getting shell smash would be retarded
