You are tasked with giving each pokemon line, meaning start of evolution to end, a signature ability or move, based on their characteristics or pokedex entries. I'll start with my favorite.

Houndour/Houndoom gets the ability Scorn. If a fire attack inflicts burn it cannot be removed for the remaining duration of the match.

This is basically an HP restoring version of moxie. Every time Chandelure defeats an enemy pokemon, its HP gets restored by half of whatever it finished the opponent off with.

Effect: Cuts the user's health in half. Reverses move priority for 3 turns. Does not effect Normal-type moves or Pokemon with the ability Prankster. Moves with +1 priority become -1, moves with -4 priority become +4, etc.
Description: The user cuts its health to lay a curse on the battlefield. All move priority is reversed for 3 turns.

OHKO move, ridiculously complicated formula for calculating accuracy involving arbitrary factors like the Pokèmon's PID, the amount of BP you've collected, the amount of blocks free on the 3DS, or the Pokedex number and order of Pokémon in your fourth box. Insanely intricate to the point of random and the factors will never be revealed...but if gamed properly (somehow), it will reach 100% accuracy.
