regular ninetales is super fast. garchomp has a base speed of 102 and ninetales is 100. it's not out of the question that a ninetales could be faster.

while there are some defensive set for garchomp that dont invest too much into speed, there are choice scarf sets and others that do. we also dont know how gf will switch around the stats for ninetails so it could end up being slower unfortunately
