It's a little over designed and a little goofy, but I like it. The typing isn't common, and the idea of a dragon turtle Pokemon is pretty dope. I just hope that this gen will strike a good balance between goofy, cool, and cute. Right now it seems like it's leaning a little more towards goofy/cute.
