Wrong. Karrablast can only learn these moves through BREEDING. And that thing has the sorriest excuse for a horn I've ever seen, if Escavalier and it's pre-evolution can learn the three moved I mentioned above then there's no reason why Beedrill shouldn't be able to learn a good amount of horn-related moves. Not to mention Beedrill can learn Giga Drain, so...
