I messed around with spoofing for a bit and caught some decent shit but it does take a lot of the real fun out of the game. Hopefully this spells the end of the 2500+ CP Dragonite faggots clogging up the gyms.

My location bugs out at work all the time and I use it to hatch eggs and fuck with a nearby gym, been doing it for three weeks with no penalty.

Yet a friend of mine can't log in as of today when he doesn't do shit like that.

I was a dumbass and used my main account to bot and got banned. I was really stupid about it and went to Japan Australia and France all in a week. I don't have the resolve to start over so I've been trying to beg for someone's extra bot account.

Good rule of thumb, at least now; wait a whole plane flights worth of time before making a long distance jump. Stick around a while, and then repeat for your next spot.

The further it is from your location, the longer you should wait.

The banhammer are mostly being slammed down on bot users or emulator users. If you're spoofing from your actual phone or something, than you're most likely safe for the time being. I'm guessing since though it still cheating, at lest your still playing the game and putting some effort into it instead of a bot playing for you.
