Hey man, I'm doing a run of AS using only mons I've never used before and Spinda is my best guy right now by like ten levels. Dizzy Punch devastates the entire main game. Obviously it isn't impressive as anything can get you through this game but he's at least not worthless, I'm having fun with him.

Its too bad they were so focused on making Spinda's base stats equal 360 to make the spinning in circles pun. It could of been fun to use if it could do anything.
