Porygon 2 loses its eviolite advantage with this, which I think is the worst consequence. 120-100-105 might seem nice on paper but this is a normal type, so it has no resistances to abuse such bulk.

Also that refresh ability is a bit stupid. You lose your buffs at the end of the turn? so you basically can't set up? with porygon2? I don't like it.

Well since it is an evo like Z is, I would assume it gets nasty plot like Z (or at least calm mind or something), so losing those at the end of the turn seems off. If it doesn't get any boosting moves then dunno, I guess I preffer Z over it then.

Or use it with analytic, considering it has 50 speed, but for a normal type that slow I preffer scarf Z.
