pick magic wand
put it on like 40% (bit lower or higher if there are similar colours nearby)
hold shift and click all the parts of one colour

now u have one colour areas selected

go to adjustment>hue

play around wiht hue, put saturation a bit lower if it gets too bright to look legit

deselect

repeat with other parts as often as u like
