What if Ice moves always failed in the sun?
>>27833477
>another nerf for ice
STOP
STOP!!! IT'S ALREADY DEAD!!!
>>27833488
>>27833511
It makes sense though, I mean primal groudon evaporates water attacks,
>>27833477
Maybe they should become water moves instead
>>27833616
That would work too.
>>27833477
what is Ice and Steel moves inflicted an Accuracy penalty against their user's opponent when used in the Sun?
>>27833477
>>27833616
>Ice types become water types in sun
I don't know it could be cool
>>27833616
That.. would be really cool.
>Opponent has Drought Ninetales
>Alolan Ninetales used Ice Beam!
>turns into water
>POW RIGHT IN THE KISSER
Although on the other hand..
>Sunflora used Sunny Day!
>Vanilluxe used Ice Beam!
>it turned into water
>Vanilluxe was BTFO
Or something with Dry Skin like Parasect.
>XY introduced the new Fairy-type, rebalancing type match-ups for the first time in awhile
>SM brings in new forms and typings for classic Pokemon. Among the first revealed are two never before seen Ice-type combinations with Fairy and Steel, two types involved in last gen's balancing act
It's a stretch, but do you think Gamefreak might actually be thinking about how shitty Ice is?
>>27834488
it's not so much that Ice is a shitty type(Wevile and Mamoswine are great), because it's a fairly good offensive typing.
the problem is that Game Freak keeps trying and failing to make defensive Ice type pokemon.
>>27833477
what if there was an Ice move that 100% inflicted Freeze, like how Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Thunderwave, and Spore are guaranteed status inflicters.
