A Fighting-type can OHKO most of Sidney's and Glacia's team. You have a Machoke/Machamp, one of the most slow Fighting-type you could get and its SpD is a joke, better use a Hariyama, it is even slower but has more bulk that it. Fake Out is a good priority move.

A Dark-type like Sharpedo can beat most of Phoebe's team, but you must know that Sharpedo is too frail with 40 on Def abd SpD, but the 120 Atk makes up for it. Other option is Mega Gyarados (it helped me to beat most of the Pokemon in ORAS Hoenn League)

For Drake I'll recommend you a Fairy-type with a good SpA like Gardevoir/Mega Gardevoir or Mega Altaria.

For Steven use Water and Fire types (Mega Gyarados can defeat half of Steven's team)
