a more obscure one is Altaria, Japanese name is Tyltalis which referencing Tyl (from Blue Bird of Happiness, hence it being blue and a rare cloud bird) and itself being a major star in Draco constellation (Altaria itself is a star in Draco constellation but misses out why it is blue and why it makes people happy as per dex info)
