I have al the jap volumes and quite a few English. When I first got into them I couldn't find a place to read them, so I just started buying them. I recommend rby to rse and then oras because they follow on to each other. I'm reading x and y just because it has blue in it

Nah it's great. Gen 1 has a bit of edge in one chapter. Everything up to FRLG is great, that's iffy. HGSS/Emerald's pretty trash. But DP and BW are great though
