I've never liked Drowzee, honestly. I don't hate him, but I really don't care for him at all. Hypnosis is a dumb gimmick when many pokemon learn the move, he should at least get some 100% chance of inflicting sleep move like Spore or something.

There used to be this candy I liked, I think they were some kind of lollipop? Anyway one of the flavors was choco/banana, and it was colored exactly like drowzee. The end

I like it better than the Abra line. Hypno is alright. Caught one in my Yellow Nuzlocke and think he's going to come in handy.

When I was in middle school, a friend of mine said I looked like Drowzee.

I kind of like him, OP. I read a bit about those mythological dream-eating tapirs as a kid and I liked the concept.

It's okay. It's pretty much the most overlooked Psychic because it's not as powerful as Alakazam or as exotic/rare as Jynx and Mr. Mime. It's not as powerful as Starmie either. It's the vanilla Psychic.

I used one for a while on my recent Red run, but I pretty quickly dumped it when I already had Kadabra, Jynx and Mime blasting through the game. A fourth kind of meh Psychic was superfluous.

I prefer drowzee to hypno
hypno is sort of a waste of a pokemon
I guess he can be some sort of niche trick room setter where you can't tell if he's going to be immune to sleep or flinching which makes him marginally harder to disrupt I guess.

In elementary school I did a school report on Malayasia, malayan tapirs in particular. Drowzee has been one of my favorite pokemon ever since. Hypno is meh.

That same report made me love Vileplume because the rafflesia flower is native to Malaysia.
