Rhyhorn should have gotten one instead of Rypherion existing. That way Rypherion or something better would've been a mega, which fits better desu.

Budew, Magby, Elekid, Azurill, Riolu, Munchlax are. They all evolve into very good Pokemon in-game. Others are available earlier as well but they are not really popular picks. There is also the possibility that later gens will add them to earlier routes. If you are to get something strong early, it's a good compensation to get it in its weakest form.

The worst thing is you need specail incenses to get them, it really bothers my autism.

like they're not so much baby pokemon but rather malformed versions of their "parent's" since they can only be birthed if the parent is holding some special incense.
