Whether it be good all around or trash but fit in somehow, do you use your favorite Pokemon in competition?
I know mine is!
Sadly no. He is outclassed by his pre evolution of all things. If he gets a mega evolution however it would be a different story, especially if he had Iron Fists.
:^)
>>27802418
Yes, its extremely viable
>>27802452
>tfw goons of that pokemon in sidegames
>become ten times better than that pokemon ever will be
I honestly feel a bit bad for you anon.
Yep.Can dish out some serious damage, but can't take hits that well.
>>27802418
Yeah. Pretty much exclusively for Magnet Pull though. 2 Mag 4 Drag is kind of dead, but I've put him to good use still against basic Steel threats like Scizor.
I messed around with Focus Sash Analytic to little success; any one know of a good way to use his HA?
>>27802418
Don't know, haven't played LC.
>>27802494
play it anon it's fun
Shit if I know, I don't play competitively, but I imagine Perish Song can be very annoying to deal with.
>>27802418
yes.
>filename
Yes but i don't like its play style too much
And its Megas is ludicrous so i don't use it
i prefer Mega Manectric or Gyarados as my mega of choice
My sis is an absolutely amazing lead, excellent and viable.
And the real bravest bird
>>27802418
Not really, it's good in NU though
Yes.
Has your favorite Pokémon caused massive butthurt among the fanbase of a certain Pokémon by being superior in every way?
>>27803000
yes [>>27802469]
more than yours I presume
>>27802418
Possibly, but she's really squishy so she would probably be best at teching rather than actual straight forward attacking
>>27802492
Choice Specs+Analytic is really good.
Lots of times people just assume they're trapped and stay in without checking.
>>27802494
Horsea isn't a top-tier threat in LC, but it's pretty decent. Good SpA, OK speed tier, decent physical bulk. Not a lot of reason to use it instead of Omanyte, but it'd be worth using both on a rain team.
>>27803011
>130 base SpA
Doubles HailRoom is calling
>>27802418
Haven't played competitive since BW. How's Mew doing? I think he's in OU.
>>27803182
Yes, its used for stall 90% of the time. I wish GF would give it a mega to buff its offensive capacity. It has such an amazing movepool and can never use it because it sucks offensively.
Also
>he
I'm not quite sure. I don't do much competitive, but I don't think being mono electric or his abilities help too much. I wish it was electric-dark at the very least
>>27803295
sadly physical electric types are cursed until game freak decides to change that
hes also a little slow needs a speed buff for sure
>Second worst mega in the game
>Not viable in its base form either
Just fuck my shit up
Yea he's ok
Don't really care for the mega though
>>27803329
If it had 70 SpA and 95 speed instead of the other way around it would be better, but still not great judging by how electivire fares
On rain teams but I don't really use weather
By extension floatzel? Nope...There are admittedly better options.
>>27802418
>Sheer Force
>Life Orb
>Dragon Dance
>UU
Based Gatr finally viable.
>>27803334
>Second worst mega in the game
It's banned from RU so it's at least better than Camerupt, Glalie, Audino, and Banette.
>>27803513
If the Venusaur line isn't in your top ten you're doing something wrong
>Pory2
I'd say yes.
I managed to breed a 5IV one with the right nature but it has Download instead of Trace. Is that shit?
>Wooper
If we're counting evos it does decently enough
>>27803797
not really, it can be a bit more offensively oriented, but it doesnt affect the defensive play that much.
>found a pentaperfect petilil
Yes
The only thing holding my bro back is his abysmal speed stat and Knock Off.
>>27803849
Man I loved using the calm mind set during gen V. Shame dark got so much stronger.
>>27803652
That doesn't tell the entire story, although Mega Steelix isn't that bad. Even though Banette is in RU and Audino is in NU, Banette manages to be less viable than Audino in RU.
>>27803797
Like >>27803832 said, Download just makes it potentially hit harder. Trace does give you some cool defensive plays though, so if you have an ability capsule I'd probably change it
In the foreseeable future. Scizor is seriously my favourite Pokemon of all time.
>>27804028
>in the foreseeable future
Nigga what, it's already OU
>>27804028
are you saying scizor isn't viable
>>27804036
>>27804098
I assume he means that it is good and will probably continue to be good, since it's been OU since gen 4.
>Wobuffet
>PU
It's quite good in PU if you can pull off a Substitute and a Nasty Plot but other than that, No not really.
>>27803709
Heh
Best starter line of all gens
>>27804116
Technically speaking, it was BL in gen 2 and 3, so it WAS OU right?
>>27804148
>viable in Ubers when you let it use its best ability
>>27804204
I personally wouldn't count that, but that's a matter of opinion
>>27802418
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAH oh god no. I love them but holy shit I would never actually put one on me team, not even for progressing through the game.Unown evo when... I just wanna use my fav
>>27804230
Well, it's something.
Shadow tag FTW
>>27804036
>>27804098
>>27804116 is what I meant, sorry. Scyther was my favourite until I saw Scizor, couldn't believe that it was Scyther's evolution as well. Thank fuck for Platinum, Technician and Bullet Punch.
I haven't played competitive since Gen V but last time I did Haxorus was a monster
Kinda fun with protean but he really needs a stat boost to get out of NU. Still makes it onto my team regardless.
>>27803641
This man gets it, based Gatr is almost perfect.
>>27803243
>Amazing move pool
Can't be that good... He can't even learn crabhammer
>>27804276
>play doubles
>lead Kecleon + Regigigas
>skill swap protean onto Regi
>????
>profit
Can be fun with effect spore shenanigans. Too bad it's outclassed by Venusaur in almost every way.good thing Venusaur is one of my favorites too
>>27802418
No
Really don't know but I suppose he isn't
>>27804348
I like your thinking anon, I normally use him in singles with shadow sneak to revenge kill and mess with fighting types. He's also got drain punch and knock off and I added facade because everyone tries to burn him.
Ok in LC, evo is decent in UU/OU
>>27804390
Kinda got screwed with the split but I'm not sure how his movepool is now
There was a time you might use it on a sandstorm team, but that was years ago.
Uh, kind of. Was fun in rain in UU, but I liked sweeping with Ludicolo a bit more.
I dunno, is he? I haven't played anything competitively in over 2 years. Only been doing Nuzlockes
Outclassed in pretty much every way
>it's a Xerneas forgot its HP fire episode
Only with a fairly significant amount of effort.
In singles, it's a suicide/anti-lead and in doubles, it's a surprisingly effective utility support. It's the only Sticky Web user in Middle Cup, though, so at least it's got a niche somewhere!
I run a Guts set with Sticky Web Support
It does pretty well at times but some Pokemon appear that can take the hit and then kills me
Luxray is the strongest physical electric type due to guts, he needs some buffs to help his title
>>27804390
Typhlosion is both the fastest and strongest user of Eruption
Even more if you switch in with Flash Fire
So that's what your goal should be
Other than that he's movepool doesn't offer much
He does get extra sensory though for whatever reason
i mean he has access to trick and the elemental punches, so he's prolly the best rodent, but other than that pretty meh competitively.
>>27805039
>best rodent
Do you even Linoone, son? ESpeed+Belly Drum can wreak shit with the right timing
>>27805030
I forgot to take into account Primal Groudon, he's the strongest Eruption user but he's stuck on ubers anyway and Typhlosion is still faster
>>27805056
The only problem is that espeed is only available if you transfer from pokemon box ruby/sapphire for GameCube or from event, so unless you're hacking or using showdown, it's really hard to get
I like Linoone too tho...
Mega gave it some sort of usability than to just sit there and be useless, so honestly I can't complain even if the Mega isn't WOW
>>27804296
>literally the only problem with Feraligatr is that starters aren't allowed to have high BSTs unless they've been pandered to with Megas like the Kanto and Hoenn starters
>>27802418
Nope, Delibird is garbage competitively and so is haunter
>>27803295
although its not that good , when somebody makes the mistake of burning it ( i run scarf not orb) it makes me pretty happy. ironjaw + guts is its dream
>>27803570
luxray +floatzel are pretty fun to play in NU
>>27803570
Floatzel is immune to burns
So it's useful to send out on a Pokemon who constantly burns
Bulk up helps too on free turns
I fucking love this thing
Slow and Bulky actually works on an Electric type, we just barely had any because they are mostly fast, No weakness without Mold Breaker is a nice bonus
Another bonus is that it has good attack stats too, nothing extremely wow but great for somebody that's bulky
Volt switch is great on this thing
>>27802977
Mega with gale wings when?
>>27806243
Staraptor doesn't need it
He can take hits
And his gimmick is having Close Combat
Even Eviolite can't save him...
how can be fixed?
mega that change their type to rock/grass?
>>27806912
It works well as a bulky rest talker in PU
>>27807081
>PU
That tier just feels condescending, but I guess you're right
>>27807131
I hate the name too
But Atleast it thins out where Dragonair can be useful
>>27802418
Not really... I play her as a suicide lead with the standard Spikes, DB, Ice Beam, Taunt. I also often play her in OU, but she unfortunately requires you to pull off some good predictions to make any use of her.
>>27807996
Hail team with Snow Cloak
b&
Even in PU it is outclassed. I still use it but it's not the best.
It's mediocre, even with mega.
>>27802418
Maybe in PU.I actually did use him there for a little bit in gen V to some success. Not great iirc.
>>27802418
>Fighting type.
>Doesn't get Close Combat, HJK, Mach Punch, or even Hammer Arm.
Mega Mewtwo X is the worst Mega in Ubers. Prove me wrong.
>>27808892
I use that bro in ou and uu and he wrecks. Just gotta protein life Orb with drain punch sucker punch, shadow sneak and return
>>27805039
>>27805249
>Linoone or Furret as best rodent.Diggersby tho?
>>27802418
>Is your favorite Pokemon competitively viable?
Nope. Not even close.
I'm still confused and slightly angry as to why the THIEF got the type-changing ability and the WIZARD got the item-stealing ability.
Yes, if he mega evolves (either stone)
But I do have some other faves that are not. Lapras, Ariados and Donphan come to mind.yeah i know I'm the same as every normie who watched the anime as a kid, but he's been my bro since i was 10 :<
>>27809435
>not viable
delphox is really good in ru
>>27802418
not really
>>27802467
Knock it off.
>>27809487
Don't let /vp/ bully you for liking a Pokemon, this place is full of bitter hipsters.
Fuck yeah it's viable
>>27809732
Raichu is a great supporter in Doubles espwcially with his fake out and lightning Rod
>>27802418
it pulls its wieght
At least he is good at killing bots in battle house, I guess.
Kind of yeah
Stuck in BL hell though, Medicham is a better wall-breaker
>>27808989
>implying rabbits are rodents
>>27810496
IRL no, in the pokemon universe the bunnelby line is a rodent
yes
i don't follow the meta. is mega mawile viable?
>>27810664
its banned to ubers
>>27809435
Greninja is a ninja, not a thief m8
My favorites are tied for Blaziken and Nidoking.
How does Nidoking fair these days?
>>27810822
Very good special sweeper in UU
>>27810822
Sheer force still makes him great even now with Mega's
Prankster makes Liepard okay.
>>27802418
Is kinda viable, yet there's no reason to use it over other better and faster Pokémon.
Perhaps a Mega could help this forgotten Lucario-wannabe, yet I can see it rising from being forgotten to Ubers, like Mawile
Though I'm not sure, I am confident that aggron/M-aggron is a viable choice.
Love this bastard.
>>27802467
Outclassed by Scatf TTar
>>27811065
Aggron is a good wallbreaker in NU, and the Mega is fair in UU with a tiny ass niche in OU
Raikou's pretty good, Tyrantrum's okay, Magcargo's shit.
>>27811065
I like to use it with Autotomize to use its decent offensive and natural bulk to destroy unpreppared teams. Works nicely.
>>27802418
>>27802418
Depressingly no.
Yes. Hell, fucking, yes she is.
>>27811190
>she
>>27805030
>strongest user of eruption
Fastest yeah, but Mega Camerupt and Heatran are both stronger
>>27811134
I'm surprised it has any role in OU. What's it's niche?
>>27811065
Mega is a defensive monster of a physical wall that tells them to go fuck themselves with Avalanche and heavy slam, but he can't recover
Regular Aggron is flexible and can do a lot of good shit, especially with recoil-less Headsmash, but priority will end it
>>27811224
What are you implying anon?
>Scolipede
I've never seen anyone use him but he's not complete trash
>>27811259
Stolen from Smogon
>Mega Aggron is one of the greatest physical tanks ever, capable of checking and countering many top-tier threats. Its Steel typing combined with Filter allows it to check many prominent threats in the metagame, such as Mega Metagross and Mega Altaria lacking Fire Blast. Aggron also has access to great support moves such as Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave.
At best hes troll tier with a focus sash and chatter+boom burst. Still fun to style on kids with him in unranked.
>>27811276
genderless legendaries
Is there any unique gimmick or niche my bro fits into?
>>27802418
Nope.maybe if alolan oddish line is a thing and it's grass/fire.
>>27811343
>genderless
But its gender unknown, not genderless
>>27811323
it can RNG fuck up things pretty hard, i run it for fun a lot
sceptile can hold its own with its mega
>tfw Mega-Gengar cucked it out of Shadow Tag
it's still alright though
>>27811302
Fuck yeah! Love this guy even more now.
>>27811345
weak armor + shell smash?
never seen it but don't see why it couldn't work
>>27811351
It's still not female.
We can go full Schrödinger's cat and say it's male and female at the same time if it makes you happy, though.
>>27811432
The fact its gender unknown means it is either of those two, it can't be both (?).
But mostly I did this to trigger people like you.
>>27804387
I know the feel
>>27804792
Im sorry anon, hes fucking garbage.
>>27811454
But there's no way of knowing for sure, so we'll never know.
I don't think I'm triggered? It doesn't bother me, really. I was more curious about what made you say "she", but if it's b8, b8 it is, then.
>>27811288
he was pretty good before the baton pass nerf
>>27811361
I've never seen a Sceptile Mega survive a turn, I'm not even joking.
>>27804792
Alolan Psychic Raichu with pancake powers is coming, mah boi.
>>27807131
What does PU actually stand for? I cant find it on the site.
>>27811529
Trigger is an exageration, I just find it funny when these kinds of conversations occurQuite honestly, Groudon has always seemed femenine to me for some reason. I have this weird autistic behaviour of assigning mental genders to legendaries.
>>27811534
Gale Wings kinda destroyed this bug, tho
>>27802418
Not an expert on battling, but I know he's kinda crap.
>>27811288
Scoliopede is good for passing speed boosts and setting toxic spikes but he was an absolute beast, back when Baton pass wasn't nerfed.
>>27811565
I don't know what it stands for but it basically means a tier for mons that are too good to be in NU(NeverUsed) so it''s the 2nd last tier in singles.
>>27811623
Isnt it even below NU?
Probably not.
>>27811565
It doesn't stand for anything. It's a play on "pee-yew" that matches the out xU tier names, literally shit tier Pokemon.
>>27811565
Isn't it the kid friendly version of the name? I thought the name was literally FU
>>27811669
Technically it's tied with NU, pokemon that are shit enough to be in NU but aren't used that much are in PU. But usage =/= viability, most of the time.
>>27811575
I feel you, I had that thing withReshiram
And I can probably see Groudon as some kind of motherly or protective creature, so it's a perfectly rational thought.
Which other genders have you assigned, anon?
>>27811724Every single legendary bar the golems, lake trio and manaphy/phione, those have little to no gender characteristics for me to mentally assign
>>27811565
PU as in pee-yew, pokemon who stinks, the worst of the worst. It doesnt mean anything, its based on the sound it makes.
>>27811671
A Sticky Web lead with Focus Sash works very well, with three attacks, toxic or something like that.
What are the most played tiers outside of OU and Ubers anyway? It doesn't seem that interesting to play against teams of shitmon constantly.
>tfw every single one of your favorite pokemon besides one is viable
>>27811770
Is it an automatic mental process or you think about it?
Andgolem shipping is hard
>>27811785
>What are the most played tiers outside of OU and Ubers anyway? It doesn't seem that interesting to play against teams of shitmon constantly.
For singles?
UU, NU, RU, and AG in that order.
There's also a bunch of weirdos that like to plat doubles and hackmons.
It does pretty well despite being a distant third to Gardevoir and Clefable.
>>27802418
>Groudon
Absolutely. One of the best iirc
>>27811864
Its almost always automatic. Each gen I just inmediately asign genders, and rarely do I have to try. For examplelunala is distinctively femenine and solgaleo masculine for me. Those I mentioned are the only that, even after thought put into it, I can't decide.I imagine it must be, first time I've even heard about it
>>27808699
The absolute best
>>27811160
Shell smash never
>>27811913
I feel the same way about all the genders you've mentioned so far. How do you feel about that habit?
Also, here's a hard one:Xerneas and Yveltal?
>>27802418
He can function as a decent wallbreaker with Toxic Boost and Facade.
>>27812047
I think its autistic but harmless. I generally never address legendaries by the genders I asign to them, but through "it". I simply ignore it, but there's the ocational slip that leads to akwardness with my friends, some think I'm a degenerate because of mistakes like those.Yveltal always seemed male, Xerneas is the one that I had to think to see as a male too, females just don't have those antlers
>>27812075
Until he runs into a Steel type, in which case hahaha. Oh.I still love him though, I hope he gets a buff.
>>27802418
If you play your cards right with Focus Sash, it can kill cities.
>>27812047
Not the anon you are replying to, but I attributed x and y to chromosomes and as such made head canon for Yveltal being male and Xerneas being female
>>27812135
>Until he runs into a Steel type, in which case hahaha. Oh.
You know Zangoose gets Close Combat, right?
>>27811913
both SM legendary are masculine
>>27811345
Shell smash works but you need a really good switch
>>27812189
All its main threats outspeed it or outdo it even with CC. Or something like that, I haven't checked up on competitive since Gen V.
>>27812202
Sorry, lunala just has a femenine face and girly aesthetic to me. Its completely subjective anyways so you do you.
>>27812219
Yeah, but those threats aren't steel types. Any offensive pokemon that outspeeds it is the problem. It has fantastic coverage.
>>27812304
Looks like I should give my angrycat another chance. Thanks anon.
>>27812084
It seems odd to relate that to being degenerate. It's not like every male is attracted to every female or so. And, as you said, it's harmless. It sounds so silly. With Yveltal I agree totally, yet I have a problem with Xerneas' design. It seems too elegant and fragile to impersonate a male deer, but the antlers are from male deers so... there's that. But it seems more logical for Xerneas to be male
I think I may have wrote too much.
>>27811345
Magcargo is literally JUST:the pokemon, so not really.
>>27812345
I don't know, but it would make some sense. I can see how me saying "her" when refering to something like mew can give somebody the wrong idea. It's elegancy never really seemed femenine to me, more like an elegant but powerfull creature. And nah, you didn't write too much
>>27812153
That's kind of simplistic, yet valid enough. But it'd be odd to base Pokémons' gender by an alternate meaning of what their designs are based of.Like I felt the fact that one flies and the other walks was related to the X and Y axes
>>27804387
We need a major that keeps Iron Fist and increases it's attack dramatically
30 is just pathetic
>>27812504
>We need a major
what did (s)he mean by this?
>>27812612
Fucking iPhone trash always autocorrecting me
I said fucking Mega
>>27812431
I may be too stupid, but I can't see how it would seem degenerate to call Mew a "she". I honestly can't.
And Xerneas' elegance does have that "powerful" feeling, yet... the shape of it's feet/paws/whatever seems femenine to me, like high heels, kind of.
>>27802920
It's probably banned. Competitive gaming is for faggots who can't handle things and need ban lists.
>>27802418
No
Sadly, no.
In theory his ability should be able to make him somewhat of a threat to even just physical attackers, but he lacks any sort of ability to act on his strengths, or help against his weaknesses.
Bout the only thing I've ever been able to use him in is <1200 ranking on the OU ladder, primarily as a switch-in or "Retaliater"
>>27812919
Its interesting you see it that way. Honestly, all of kalos' legendaries are very androgenous.hoopa is a nightmare to me, the bound form is so femenine and the unbound one is super masculine
>>27813054
What ifHoopa is both? Well, probably not. Maybe we can consider Bound and Unbound forms as separate entities, and consider the Bound form the "lock" that keeps the Unbound form from unleashing its manliness all over the world?
How about Diancie? I think it looks pretty femenine overall.
>>27812964
(You)
>>27802418
Eh maybe, it depends on his durability. He'll probly have Sneaky Stones, and Explosion, unless he's a Special Attacker, in which case it could just be a complete set up mon.
>>27813039
I made it to 1600 in OU with him using a set with baby-doll eyes, toxic, return and u-turn
>>27813353
Forgot pic
He's OK
>>27813438
really liked him. I remember him eating in the trash in that deoxys movie
>>27813253There's several legendaries I consider to have neither gender, arceus and deoxys mainly because one is god and the other is an alien. Given hoopa is a demon, I've generally considered it the same, but its still frustrating given how more distinctively gendered the formes are compared to the previous examples. Yeah, diancie is very femenine, the mega has a wedding dress for fucks sake. I feel we're sort of clogging the thread, so I made one just for this:
>>27813477
Anyone know how viableEmpoleonis?
>>27813545
Its a usefull utility pokemon. Amazing bulk plus scald and defog on a pokemon who resists rock and is immune to poison is amazing. The only problem he has is the lack of reliable recovery, so leftovers are a must.
Its ability is great, but idk...
You tell me.
>>27809902
Fuck you, we aren't all vocal.
I usually just judge in silence
>>27813297
He's right though, trying to play Pokémon competitively is not that far above trying to play Super Smash Bros. competitively, if you have to make up a shitload of community rules to be able to run a tourney fairly, and have mile long ban lists, then maybe it's not a game that's very well fit for that kind of play.
>>27814062
He's going to smash
>>27803063
Horsea really isn't that great. Omanyte isn't standout either.
Pretty much only viable in the RBY days.
Really hope it's Alolan form turns out well.
Yes, yes it is
>>27813025
>not running Choice Specs Weezing
It's "viable" but not in the way I want her to be
>>27814174
>playing games competitively is for faggots
>pokemon isn't well suited to competitive play
These two statements aren't the same for very obvious reasons.
It is viable, and then it isnt, and the most wrecking part of it is in ubers.
>just why smogon
>>27813760
Pretty good to set up light screen and reflect or simply to go apeshit and kill everything with psychic.
>>27809435
Magician+skill swap+snatch+mystical fire+trick and no item. Literally be a nigger and steal everything. It is a delight to play in triples and doubles, and fares well in OU if well played.
>>27803513
Bulbasaur is my favorite but Venusaur is very sturdy. Don't care for the mega either. Sleep Powder is deceptively efficient and nobody expects Sludge Bomb.
>>27802418
not any anymore, I miss my roost toxic stall gliscor
>>27811561
>pancake powers
>>27816305
taunt toxic roost Earthquake was my core Gliscor in every team in D/P
>>27803334
I feel your pain, steelixbro
I bred a 5 IV shiny because i love steelix so much
why is its mega ability so shit
>>27802418
>Blaziken
>Hydreigon
>Galvantula
I'd say they're all pretty viable.
Muppets and Spider much less so, but still pretty decent in their tier.

He just needs Earth Power, and he'll be set.

>hydreigon
>with fairy types existing at all
I hate to be that faggot, but I've adored this fucker since gen 3 came out. You have no idea how hyped I was when its mega broke ubers in half.
>>27802418
Wew.

>a weakness means it's bad
It's one of the kings of UU and is still viable in OU thanks to how spammable Dark Pulse is now and how well it synergizes with Pokemon like Mega Metagross.
Of the changes brought about by Gen VI, Megas probably did more to push Hydreigon out of OU than fairies did. Hell, Black Kyurem was already creeping on its turf in the BW2 meta, having a horrifying host of bigger, badder, beefier wallbreakers to compete with did Hydreigon no favors.
>>27802418
Aggron
It usually has a hard time shining, but whether you go with the Rock Head Headsmash set, or a Sturdy support set, he's almost never useless.
I use him almost every time I play NU on showdown, and sometimes use him any other time.
Does Dragondancing Haxorus count? I mean it gets overshadowed by... All of the other dragon types, but it holds a special place in my heart.
>>27803334
Banette and Audino already have worse Megas and arguably M-Abomasnow is also worse.
rip snorlax
all hail the king baby

disgusting. Awful taste. Leave

icy wind instead of ice beam
He's pretty decent!
Usually can find a place on any team.
>>27819769
curselax with thick fat is viable af in uu
>>27819769
Curse Lax is best Lax
It's always been at least decently viable and I've had one on a lot of my teams after they gave it Regenerator.

My nigga
>>27809487
Never let meme-spouting, contrarian cucks change your opinion on something, anon.
Snorlax will always be at least somewhat decent, and will always be huggable.
>>27811288
it can sweep whole teams if you get a swords dance up. pretty good.
He's not great in serious competitive. He's got some niche gimmicky sets, but he's solid in the lower tiers where I normally play anyway.
Also serves me well in battlespot singles, which is the only cartridge online I do anyways.
>>27807996
Froslass is my number one absolute favourite pokemon, but she's just not that viable. And I don't want her to get a Mega because her design is perfect as it is, nor do I want an Alola form because I love her typing.
Life is suffering for a Froslass fan.
>>27816305
>not anymore
Anon, what are you talking about? With toxic heal gliscor is better than ever as both stall and stall-breaker
Oh yeah. I love Mewtwo but i can't choose his mega evolution in battle.
>>27823786
Because they're both amazing and you can't make up your mind between them right? ...right?

> Raichu Use Hidden Power Ice
> It's super effective!
My raichu is a sweeper.
>>27823852
>Pokemon has a weakness
>it now shit
First, why would you ever leave gliscor in on a special sweeper?
Second, I guess scizor, ferrothorn, heatran, weavile, dragonite, garchomp, tyranitar, and breloom are all horrible too
Third, that has nothing to do with the fact gliscor is a sweeper. You counterpoint is that it has a weakness. That's the dumbest argument ever made
Fourth, fuck off, gliscor is the best and raichu will never be a good sweeper outside of the literal hell that is PU
>>27823818
Right! :D
Ehhh... No. Sadly no.
>>27823892
:^) I just wanted to say my Raichu is a sweeper. It's my favorite Pokémon.

>>27823957
Oh wow, now I feel bad. I thought you were the other guy saying how gliscor sucks now because of that.
...I didn't mean what I said about raichu, he's a decent pokemon. Hopefully the alola form will be even better.
fuck if I know
>>27823971
..no. I'm just a wee trainer who loves their Raichu with a burning passion.

But I still try to use him for support.
>>27824302
His pre-evo is so adorable. Too bad Mr Mime is not.I hope he gets an alola form.
Hell no but I still use him anyway.
Naw but at least now with Z-moves he'll have one decent super strong move. I love my Space Dandy/Johnny Bravo Bush Monkey.
