Make Poison hit it super-effectively. Done. If you made it no longer resist Ice that would push it a bit further as well.

Make it weak to Poison. This in turn buffs Poison types considerably. You don't have to make Poison resist Water in return.

All you have to do is nerf Scald. Nothing is stopping water types from being hit by Toxic, Grass Knot, or Pain Split.

For water types if you can learn scald you can't learn ice beam or blizzard unless you're part ice or octillery

That's kind of a niche attack to be used in defense of water types.

Anyways, another beef I've had is that almost all of them learn ice beam, which is annoying because it stops plenty of grass types in their tracks. Scald being almost as strong as surf and also being retardedly hax only made it worse

I like this. It buffs Ice and Poison considerably.

Water being weak to Ice makes sense.
Water being weak to Poison makes sense.
I say even leave Ice at neutral when being hit by Water and it's still a good change.

Dont touch it. just fuck dragon even more or kill steel. they deserve it.

Things that need to be fixed:
