There are Phione like forms for each that are useless.

My guess would be the final Totem boss Pokemon on the fourth island (the one with the triangle-shrine thing). From what we can read about them on the website, it doesn't feel like they'll be super involved in the plot of the games.

I think they'll be integrated more in the way that HGSS integrated Ho-oh and Lugia into the story rather than being Team Skull's endgame. I think that the Tapu guardians and even Zygarde might actually play a bigger role in the story than them tbqh.
