What makes Megahorn a Bug type attack in the first place. How is it any different from a very powerful Horn Attack?

Their still horns. Regardless of the logic it sucks at pinsir has the same attack stat as herracross and only hits half as hard with a weaker stab move and no STAB on close combat.

A ground secondary typing and mega horn would be a dream.
