Is a close second though.
It has two mysterious caves that you have to come back to. One of which contains a legendary with one of the most notable puzzles in the series. The route looks good and has a lot of variation. Additionally, half way through the route it starts to rain. Not to mention the awesome tall grass and the introduction of Kekleon and Absol on the same route!

How about underrated routes? I really like this one. Really French, with the neatly trimmed garden theme and all. I just wish the mazes were a bit more complex and bigger.
Also I just noticed for a region with "France" as a theme it sure did drop it quickly.

Fog made it annoying at first, but I throughly enjoyed exploring it after I beat the game.

These aren't the best in the series, but they were my favorite in DPPt.

Looking at back on them, they were actually pretty barren. DPPt being as horribly slow as they were made the routes feel a lot longer.

Music and setting were still comfy af, though.
