I hate it's design and purpose, it's an iceberg, but is it also a turtle considering it's design? No, it's a tortoise, since it's legs are made for land based terrain, does that make any sense? If it had flippers, yes, similarly to Lapras, but instead, it's a walking iceberg, ears are unnecessary, I generally don't know what this motherfucker is supposed to be or what role it's supposed to fit, it's like Magmar or Spoink or Poliwhirl what the fuck.

Sure, but adding things in without a sole reason or purpose is fucking terrible, it has to make sense in a way, not every generation can have a perfect set of Pokemon, but it's been 20 years, I got pissed when Raichu got an Alolan form and it's reasoning? Big fluffy pancakes. Fuck you, GameFreak.
