Solution: Buff venom drench.
1) Remove necessity for target to be poisoned
2) Doubles attack and s.attack drop if target is poisoned.

lower one of its attacking stats and dump it into speed
or make it abyssmally slow and give it some bulk instead

buff its speed so it can be a Glare zapper.
give it a bit more bulk

Serperior fixed itself with Contrary

Just make the attack stats high enough that it can oneshot anything as a mixed attacker and fully rely on assault vest for defense
