Also, CP doesn't increase that much between level 30 and 40, right? CP gains diminish and stardust and candy requirements become extremely high.

Neither actually. Finally living in a predominately farm driven community with some suburbs and small population centers pretending to be urban areas has a benefit.

I cruise through neighborhoods I know at normal speeds and pull over for a minute or two to catch whatever pops up. Stops are easy to tap and swipe as I drive by, I skip plenty because there might be two right next to each other and only enough time to hit one, but I still have a full bag most of the time. On main roads I ignore most that appear but if I notice a rarer one I'll make a u-turn to go back and tap it, then pull in to a lot or a side street to catch it with berries and decent balls. I switch the screen off when I find any traffic or I'm going to get on a highway, but that's more to let the phone recharge a bit faster and cool off because I can just as easily ignore it. It's less distracting than Waze or changing a playlist on my stereo.

Of course this means my usual 20 minute commute now takes around an hour, but I'm taking the scenic route and poking mons.

not true. I didn't go faster than 30kph and never teleported. I was lucky to get 80kxp/hour with eggs and I was permabanned. Played legit 1-22 and botted 22-34 cause I got bored.

It's all good though. I started another character a couple hours ago, it's already level 23.
