i like the idea of him being a psychic surfer but his new color scema is objectively worse and his years are worse.

Love it, surfing on his tail is just an amazing plus.
Still hoping for levitate as an HA

I think my problem with Raichu is more about the new art style in general.

I don't like how the ears are just two puffed up appendages that are just stuck on the head. They have no dimension and just look flat.

The arms are stubs, even more so than normal Raichu. It all just looks too...effortless.

Like the concept, not the execution.
