Something that absorbs heat from its surroundings to keeps its own body temperature high.
Like a plant that sucks heat from the ground in order to keep its flower shaped flame burning. Or just take any kind of animal and give it an appendage to absorb heat from its opponents.
Their signature move could be heat absorb, an ice type move that is super effective on fire types.
Another possible concept would be a glacier mole that tunnels by melting ice with its flame.
